TERMS OF SERVICE

Rules and mutual responsibilities you must follow while using the Lura Bordro platform.

1. Description and Scope of Service

Lura Bordro is a cloud-based payroll management software (SaaS) provided by Lura Software. This platform modernizes processes such as automated payroll calculation and digital personnel record management. Our service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

2. Membership and Usage Terms

A company account must be created to use the system. Users are required to:

Provide true and up-to-date information during registration.

Be personally responsible for password and account security.

Immediately notify us if they notice unauthorized use of their account.

Not transfer or rent their username and password for commercial purposes.

3. Trial Period and Subscription

Lura Bordro offers a special opportunity for new users to experience the system:

Access to limited features during a 3-day trial period.

No automatic charging at the end of the trial; users are expected to choose a plan.

If a paid plan is not started within 30 calendar days following the end of the trial period, the account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.

Cancellations take effect from the next billing period.

Fees are collected monthly or annually based on the selected plan.

4. Intellectual Property and Licensing

All design, code structure, branding, and logos of Lura Bordro belong to Lura Software. Users are granted a non-exclusive license for the duration of their subscription. Copying or reverse engineering the software is strictly prohibited.

5. Privacy and Data Security

The security of your data is fundamental to us. Your data is protected under the KVKK Policy, which is an integral part of this agreement. Lura Software applies ISO 27001 data security standards.

6. Limitation of Liability

Lura Software cannot be held responsible for interruptions caused by technical failures or force majeure. Final control of calculations generated by the software belongs to the user (employer).

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Turkish Law shall apply to any disputes arising from this agreement. Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Execution Offices have jurisdiction over disputes.
